Hi, Ish. From what I have read, the usual dosage for bone infections is 500 mg. every 12 hours; for really severe infections it can go up to 750 mg. every 12 hours. If you spot anything weird, such as a skin rash, edema, or blurring vision, you should notify the doctor.
