<market has already discounted the great seaonality?>

Yes, I agree. But everytime I've found myself thinking along those lines the darn thing comes up and whacks me anyway.

Perhaps it's become a self-fulfilling prophecy. They usually take it back down during the abbreviated trading on Friday after Wednesday's run anyway. At least that's my recollection offhand. But it's hard to trade that because it's rather thin, and very often it just channels one way then the other and effectively ends up doing nothing in the grand scheme of things.....on Friday that is. At this point my bias is that the week is, well, rather weak into Tuesday and then pops right from the Open on Wednesday.

Best guess, at this point in Time. I tend to think the action on Thursday was rather predictable. Even the patterns had it as a Long in the afternoon and the Expiration-related programs were at work I think. I was so busy on Friday I don't even recall what happened. I haven't even filled in the data for Friday as yet nor have I even printed out the charts and looked at them. I was exhausted by nightfall, actually.
