I've said from the start that I like this offer, and think it's a sensible move, with no ulterior motives. I merely commented on the Form 144 stuff because I hate obfuscating legalese. Of course the officers will hold the new stock -- which is small change compared to their total holdings, which they have never sold since I've been watching. The time to goal is getting close for this biotech, so that near-term bullish expectations finally feel realistic. I personally am waiting on the sidelines, until we hear from the FDA. Not that I'm bearish -- it's simply the risk-tolerance level I find comfortable. Good luck to all of you, Cheryl
