You may be right Max (re: it being a legitimate company). There are a number of legitimate penny stocks, although many are not. Indeed, the company might not have been the perpetrator of the pump and dump. However, someone sure was. The stock went from 63 cents to 11 dollars in 2 weeks (11/2 - 11/16). This does not happen when a stock rises on fundamentals. It happens after multiple press releases, internet stock promoters, and daytrading momo players all jump on the pump and unload after the interest fizzles.

The gentleman who bought at 9.25 could have bought at 63 cents 2 weeks ago.

This was a penny stock 2 weeks ago and it is a penny stock now (run up by press releases and momo players). By the way, who do you think sold the stock at 11?
