There are no pure plays that I know of. Related manufactures are:

ARMHY, ATMEL, Harris, National Semiconductor, Philips, and VLSI.
In Canada Mitel.

There is also a competing standard which is essentially IP over wireless that escapes my memory right now (Ginny???). It is intended for appliances like your toaster and range. I'll have to look for it
if you are interested.

Bluetooth and embedded IP networking was a big theme at the Embedded Systems Conference I attended at the end of September. In a lot of cases it was overkill, but networking a home office seems like a viable market.
