Greg,

I have been hearing Lynx doing Linux for a while. But I thought that the name was something other than BlueCat. Maybe Lynx has more plans for Linux in the near future. As Fidler said, it is a bit too early to know how well Linux (or Linux/RTOS combo) will be accepted in the embedded world. Let's wait for a year, the embedded world will shape out much more clearly. The sure winners I see are Palm OS and VxWorks. CE will have some success, and Linux may turn into something real.
