I seem to spend a lot of time talking to myself, but i'm not that bad of company. I sent an e-mail to venture tech. last week asking them to update us on their plans for becoming compliant with the SEC. this was their reply. from Mike Cartmel Venture tech Tom 2nd & 3rd quarter financials at auditors in preparation for filing, will release as soon as they are complete. I take this as good news, and hope they follow thru. I have no idea what status Mike Cartmel has with the company. Maybe this will give us the jump start we have been waiting for. it's been way to quiet around here. TomR
