J.S: Relying on TECH statistics at this time is not relevant. The facts are as follows.

NN is facing 2 bad Q's which normally would depress the price towards its low. On the positive side it has an Income and Revenue stream and set of next generation products in final development. To alleviate further distress to all concerned the Company has a "For Sale" notice.

Any potential Buyer is going to take advantage of NN's plight. If the Company had been assessed at $xx some time ago., it is more than likely that the same Buyer will reduce his offer not increase it. That has been the law since Eternity. I do not believe the BUYER will act differently
if he knows he is the sole agent for NN's survival.

Fortunately for us ,it is also likely that NN's Banker will ensure that there are atleast 2 bids so that he can be perceived to be fair to all.
