David,

a future model based on GMST's earnings to predict future market cap

Stephens Inc constructed a detailed discount cash flow model in June that is no longer applicable because it was done prior to the announcement of the TV Guide merger. I'm not aware of a model that has been constructed that attempts to take the dramatically changed fundamentals into account, not to mention the changes that will be made after the companies are merged; there will be some properties sold off, no doubt, though we don't know which ones nor what their value might be, nor how all of that might affect potential for future growth. In summary, a lot is very much up in the air.
