enhanced the WorldGate Internet TV Over Cable(SM) content package with additional e-commerce partners and personalized
Internet services. Joining existing WorldGate partners are web businesses providing TV formatted games, chat services, instant
messaging, photo e-mail services, calendaring, employment search and shopping solutions.

In extending the consumer's television beyond entertainment, WorldGate is adding a host of key partners to bring easy-to-use
services via the remote control, including Telepix, eShare Technologies (Nasdaq: ESHR - news), egenda.net, SyNet
Communications, Epsylon Technologies, Bill's Games, KwikWeb.com, DoubleClick, Inc.,(Nasdaq: DCLK - news), Gist.com,
Headhunter.net (Nasdaq: HHNT - news) and EMAZING Email Network. WorldGate has also associated with the affiliate
programs of such well-known e-tailers as Amazon.com and Egghead.com.

WorldGate is committed to bringing the best of the Internet to cable TV subscribers worldwide. In doing so, WorldGate is adding
additional chat services designed specifically for the interactive television user with partners SyNet Communications and Epsylon
Technologies. WorldGate will also be introducing its own branded version of chat and instant messaging in conjunction with
eShare Technologies, a leading provider of chat and real-time instant messaging software and services.

WorldGate has benefited from having active subscribers to use as guidance for enhancing its product for future releases. Among

As part of WorldGate's content package for home-based personal information management, WorldGate has partnered with

In a move to create additional home uses for interactive television, WorldGate has partnered with Telepix to bring a solution for
processing photo film to digital storage on the Web, with direct access from a WorldGate(SM) enabled cable TV. The
Telepix/WorldGate service also provides a photo e-mail capability.

Related to the Telepix announcement is WorldGate's partnership with KwikWeb.com, a leading provider of personal and business
Web page hosting. WorldGate has partnered with KwikWeb.com to provide a personalized Web page builder and free Web home
pages. KwikWeb.com's page builder has an easy to use Web interface with a made for TV design.

As a related component to supporting many of these content partners, WorldGate announces its relationship with DoubleClick,

Web, am I the only person on SI owning this stock? Still waiting for the big move up followed by steady ascend next year.
