The HK$1.50 price was from one of Geoff's postings.

I can understand having a lower share price with more shares, but 60M shares (if IPO price is at $1.50) is excessive. 10 or 15 Million shares would have been adequate.

As per Geoff's post, IPO price was set at 9 - 9.5X forecasted earnings. I would have priced it higher using a different benchmark. Most of the stocks on the GEM market will not likely be profitable. Will they be priced at 9 - 9.5X future earnings? I doubt it.

As for the 75K shares, I can't see why management would want to keep the price down because of an absence of a press release or announced material change. There are plenty of reasons for the stock to move, IPO of subsidiary pending, CHINA in WTO, hi-techs in play, etc.

I do agree with their strategy of an IPO on the HK market.

As for the relationship between the companies, the Oct. 28 NR contains what has been made public.
