<There are more chances for major hiccups because it's integrated with additional modules such as video, Memory and I/O controllers - each one presenting with its own challenges. EX: Guarantying the video functionality across all the possible resolutions and frequencies itself can be a major task. > I am sure DV for Timna is non-trivial but given that the blocks in Timna have been field tested, I expect this to be a lot less challenging than a new core - i.e., something like Wilamette.
