Hmm, lets see, I have been around transmitters since, ummph,
um ahh, 1956 or so, anything from 1 watt to several megawatts peak pulse power with anything from a whip antenna to antenna towers perhaps 100 foot or more higher to large dish (15 feet high, 30 feet wide) antenna. I know several dozen or more operators, technicians, etc that have on site for up to 40 years. The frequencies range from 550 Khz to 12 Ghz. I seem to recall that there are many ships and airplanes with radar, etc ( seen a picture of a warship? look at the antenna farm). I must let them know of this problem :-) No time to waste!
