stairmaster in incredible...everyday is a new challenge.. when i was in richmond they had one that went 12 feet in the air like you were climbing..that was incredible,have never been able to find anything like it since..i did buy one from my gym years ago that has a small step so that every step only the tip of your shoes were stepping so you were working you hamstrings,calves,hamstrings and of course(close your eyes ladies) buttocks...i also have a treadmill and a machine that is called the 4 minute workout machine....a whole body workout machine... jock- yeah it is a way of life..become a lifestyle..just have to do it during unfavorable hours now..
