I thought you could extract the driver you are missing from the cabinet on your cd for windows 98.Contents of the Net9.cab File

Before ordering a new dell I would spend the $35 for microsoft tech help.Sometimes that may be the simplest method of resolving these problems.

Sometimes these problems can only be resolved by deleting a folder.

Just to make things simpler. Go to display and turn off that second monitor for the time being.

See if you can find that missing driver on your cd rom.

You and I are running similar set ups. 2monitors,win 98 and IE5.0.
