Chaz, Hello! Long time no converse. << The silence and lack of interest in SI on Nextwave is most interesting in itself, no? >> Perhaps. Very few SI members have background on this matter. I consider it to be a very shameful matter from the outset. The original C Block auctions and the NextWave violations of FCC rules for same never gathered popular attention. I happen to be very opinionated and emotional on this subject so I am now just sitting back and watching. I have one thing to say and that is that if the licenses originally granted to NextWave are recautioned they should be reauctioned in the manner in which the CTIA has proposed. - Eric -
