Very little chance that PFE will become a target. Even at current prices PFE is worth $130 billion with the highest PE amongst its peers. Any stock deal will be hugely dilutive to the acquirer.

I agree. PFE will go up either way. The stock price is very depressed here and has factored in all negatives that aquisitions sometimes bring. The company has already stated that earnings and growth look strong for the next 2 quarters. The uncertainty of this hostile bid is what has depressed the stock. This is the time to accumulate. The stock will be at 50 within twelve months (reasonable target). I will continue to buy and sell out of the money calls near term as the stock slowly climbs. Steve D.
