ZO,

Face it, NN screwed up. It's all over but the crying.

Despite the fact that LU is having problems at MCI, despite the fact that CSCO's core ATM switch was cancelled, despite the fact that NN has better technology than NT,

THEY STILL COULDN"T PUT TOGETHER A DECENT QUARTER !!!

Can you imagine how screwed they'd be if LU, CSCO or NT actually had decent ATM offerings ??? All that's left is a company desperately trying to convince wall street that TM is finally selling, to get the price of the stock up for when they dump this turkey.

Last chance to make a few bucks. They'll go down as the ATM company that could have been. Sad, really....but life's a b*tch and you move on.

Accept it ZO, and stop making such a pathetic fool of yourself.

and most hardware like 12.8 gig.

I think it was Pat that posted that the 50G switch fabric is based on an IBM chipset. I have personally evaluated that chipset, and found it "wanting". In any event, this is not in any sense the same hw as the 12G. And as such, all of the low level sw that runs this hw must be different. Far from a risk-free scenario for customers.
