***Lifetime Learning Gross Revenue Projection***Assumes only organizational participationDISCLAIMER The following projection contains conclusions that some may view in a positive or negative manner. This projection is based on statements from management, information from Lifetime Learning, conversations with school principals, and assumptions about how a population of students will perform in the future. The author has not verified any of this information. Some of this information is unverifiable. Due to the forward-looking nature of this projection, the conclusions drawn may be false. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY INVESTOR BUY OR SELL TSIG STOCK BASED ON THIS PROJECTION According to the 11/18/99 PR, 700 schools with an average enrollment of 845 students have registered to participate in the MyMusicCard fundraiser. No information is available on whether the registered schools are participating on a school-wide basis or an organizational basis (i.e. band). If we take into consideration that TSIG is the new kid on the fund-raising block with a new, unproved product, the prudent approach would be for a smaller organization to test the company. Thus the following assumes that all 700 schools participate on an organization basis. For the schools participating on an organizational basis, I assume that the entire membership of the organization (100 students) sells 4 cards each. Summary is below.*****Organizational participation***** 700 schools x 100 students in the band, club, etc is 70,000 students all members sell 4 cards each (70,000 students x 4 cards/student = 280,000 cards) TSIG receives revenues of $4.50 per card (280,000 cards x $4.50/card = $1,260,000) Card revenue is $1.2 millionInvitation to Rebut The preceding information was posted for the purpose of stimulating debate and discussion. Your sincere comments on the assumptions made above are welcome. Regards, Suzanne
