Home Team Sports Selects Sideware Corp. And Dr. Bean For Use On Its Live
e-Commerce Web Site

Herndon, VA - Sideware Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sideware Systems
Inc. of North Vancouver, BC (OTC-BB: SDWSF and VSE:SYD.U), today announced
that Home Team Sports (HTS), the regional sports network based in Bethesda,
Maryland, has purchased the Dr. Bean e-Customer Relationship Management
Technology (e-CRMT) for its web site customer service needs. Reaching more
than 4.6 million homes, HTS is now ready to establish online "live" support
for its viewers who contact the network through its web site at
HTSonline.com. Viewers will be able to have questions answered about
programming, contests and upcoming special events. HTS chose the Dr. Bean
solution with both its immediate application and future uses such as
real-time contests and other features, knowing that its versatility and
robust scalability could provide the solutions necessary. In addition to
utilizing Dr.Bean on its web site, HTS will work to creatively promote
Sideware's e-CRMT solution to its current and future partners who could
benefit from the technology of the software.

James Speros, President of Sideware Corp., states "We are very excited
about the installation of our Dr. Bean application at Home Team Sports,
which has been recognized as a leader in sports programming." He went on
to say "The network also has great credibility among high-tech executives
and decision makers in this region. HTS will give Sideware and Dr. Bean
great exposure and is happy to meet the challenge of communicating our
corporate vision."

"Our mission at HTS is to produce and deliver the best sports programming
to our viewers, so it is important for us to maintain strong customer
relations," said HTS general manager Jody Shapiro. "The Dr. Bean
application will allow us to maintain one-to-one communications with
visitors to HTSonline.com, so we are looking forward to integrating this
unique feature onto our web site."

CBS Cable is the majority owner of the Bethesda, Md. based Home Team Sports Limited Partnership. A minority ownership stake is held by FOX Sports Net.

Without a doubt HTS can use the DR's help in their merchandising efforts. But of particular interest is this quote: "HTS will work to creatively promote Sideware's e-CRMT solution to its current and future partners who could benefit from the technology of the software" Sounds like a Jim Speros touch.

If this is followed by other site announcements (and the ones announced actually get up and exposed) we will be getting some great positive attention! I think I better get my under $2 buys in ASAP. These next 60 days are going to be very interesting.
