TraderAlan - could you expound upon what you mean here? It sounds as though a discount broker provides the benefit of being able to get out of a stock faster than a direct access broker does ~ or did I read this wrong?? Thanks, Cloudless (I'm using ETRADE right now with QCharts and trying to decide if I need CyberX or Preferred Trade instead of ETRADE)

>>Direct access is different from a discount broker in that you can't always execute when you want to.<<

Alan,Thanks for reply. I need to quit fighting the current and get L2. My feeling is that one is in heavy fog trying to effectively
trade with a DAB (CyberX) without L2.

Yes indeed !Last week I traded BVSN which turns in a blink of an eye. After bottoming I<tricky exit>chased it up one point before I could get out !On my Last trade(last week) did pull the trigger before it bottomed out(covering into selloff)which worked well-its all starting to make sense.
