Seasonality and Tech Stocks:

"The best time to buy technology stocks is at three in the afternoon on Monday in the week of Thanksgiving Day. Thisis not a joke. Technology stocks usually mount a vigorous rally between the end of November and the end of January. In the past three years the average gain for the technology group has been +15 percent in this two month period, so it is a vigorous updraft. The first sign of a rally is a holiday upturn preceding Thanksgiving."

Regarding your XBD and N225 post, I have a short term sell signal on teh JPN which tracks the N225 market so I would be careful there. It is only a short term sell so it should just be a minor dip that might be able to be bought but I would be a buyer at this time.

I also show the XBD near the top of my fork so it might be limited upside at this time unless it is going to break out.

Good Luck,

Lee
