AB: If Posner is the lion of law that he is hyped to be then the only place that exists for arm-twisting is the DOJ as they have no case. No harm no foul. This has been a disgusting miscarriage of justice from the get go with only MSFT's competitors standing to benefit by any anti-MSFT outcome. I like the AG of Iowa's comment that would not be swayed by the pro-consumer stance on behalf of MSFT.

As PMSW said if they haven't done anything wrong then don't settle if they have settle those items.

Lately everyone is talking about how MSFT abuses pricing. My propane dealer gives me a better rate the more I buy. This is how wholesalers operate as well as every other mfr. I know of. ORCL has been discovered to have a pricing structure that goes from 24%-94%. This is a non-issue.

Opening up their intellectual private property has Supreme Court reversal all over it.

I can't see where MSFT has done nothing worse than be smarter and tougher and more tenacious than its competitors. I hope they don't stop here. I think this is an admission by Jackson that once again he is out of his depth. JFD
