relative tox- You have to be really careful in comparing the relative tox across the studies as pretreatment of the pts has a lot to do with the eventual response and tox. These are not completely apples and oranges comparison but say, Fuji and Granny Smith, two well known GRAS therapies for everything. Two hem-oncs of my acquaintance have previously told me they'd have a CHOP-Rit preference over Bex. And I'm sure there will be such randomized shoot-out studies conducted in the future just because comparing retrospective data like this even with substantial populations is so difficult. RWR
