This guys argument is weak. For one, the is attempting to blame MSFT for what he industry does (very much like the DOJ). Secondly, he has yet to make a strong case that the options actual valuation, if applied to economic cash flows, would yield a different share price valuation than the market does currently. See a more practical explanation written two years ago: rcmfinancial.com I am going to post a break-up valuation of MSFT on the site and a detailed analysis of the finding of fact by next week. I want the Web world to see a more realistic view of events.
