Steve - This is my opinion only:
The first clue of the "real" trouble was the location of the
annual meeting to avoid turnout. Then, DCI NEVER has divulged the TRUE reason for the SEC investigation, even
though they know EXACTLY what it involves.
Again, IMO only, the next news we get will be an announcement of bankruptcy proceedings...................V

"The increase in interest expense of $1,336,000 is the result of interest and penalties associated with the inability of Series F Preferred holders to convert to common shares and was converted to a note in November 1999."
Is the inability to convert based on Pink Status and are the Series F folks the new Convertible bond holders?
Regardless of who they are, looks like the latest crew has locked up the one remaining liquid asset Muller Media.,,B
