I don't see anything above PC 133. Am I missing something?

NB--I see them referenced on the Micron page. Is there any way to tell which are being released in sample sizes, and which are in full production?

It is my understanding that Nintendo's present system uses RDRAM for it's memory. Nintendo's next system (Dolphin) has not yet announced the memory it will use other than the system memory will be High Speed DRAM Technology with Memory Bandwidth -- 3.2 GB / second.

Is my information old and you have something new?
