I agree about the board - I guess you got a package from CRL this week - 2 new board members with connections.

TSE will will be a big boost.

I would also expect that the stock would trade higher in light of current oil prices - but as for your estimate for the Q I think it will be higher - at least revenues should show a jump...

I think the listing will happen before the year end. This is the reason for the special shareholders meeting. I understand that there is a sell order at $1.50 for a bunch and a good buy order at $1.40 so you have a bit of a mexican standoff. As far as oil prices I think the mentality in the market is that oil and gas prices will not hold considering the forecasts for a warm winter. Gas prices have already started to retreat. In any event, the price of oil is not really a factor for CRL as the refineries will still be operating at $14 a barrel or $24 a barrel.

We haven't done anything for Armada for over a year but I still have my sources who said that they are still trying to do a deal with Oxus Res., the private company 35% owned by Normandy. Time will tell.
