Matt, Just to jump in here on a point. The whole argument that "the internet is the problem" for QCharts just doesn't hold up. Every day, I receive real-time quotes from two other internet/server based sources, and they have been rock-solid reliable for 1-2 years now. That's Window on Wallstreet Daytrader's FDCN (Financial Data Cast Network), and RealTick III quotes, through MB Trading. So, what's so different for QCharts? They're using the same internet as the other guys. If their system architecture is more vulnerable to internet "weather" problems, then they should improve it. Also, please not I am not trying to beat up on Gibbons, he is the greatest guy Quote.com has, that is obvious and takes about 5 minutes to figure out. It's the Company Quote.com that is in my sights -- they have established a customer service pattern over the past 4 years which I, as a customer, have observed and it's time to call them on it. That's all. I hope they can reform and deliver us what we're paying for, if so I'll be their biggest fan. -Steve
