IMGX- the real deal?

OK, I know FA is not worth much in this space, but I have a few questions-

1) In their deals with ARBA and CMRC, are they the default printer go between for their clients? For ex, is GM going to use them since GM signed on with CMRC? If so, fabulous- if not, not nearly as impressive.

2) They are using local printing shops in the Washington area for their printing. I can't see most firms breaking established relationships for a printer that is not local. I could see it if they promised the lowest price, but their S-1 states that they are not aiming to be the lowest priced solution.

What am I missing in this story? They seem to be a middleman between printers and big companies. Long term, I think their plan may be to use their stock to buy established printers, and become the king in this space. I think it might work, but am leery of risks.

All this does not matter in short term- allure of stock is announcements of big players (e.g. IBM, GM, the list is endless) jumping on board- this will certainly move stock. I will be watching, and may play.
