GIST Communications, Inc. announced today that it has licensed its online television listings technology to NBC, as well as Compuserve, and is currently in negotiations to provide localized listings for several city guides. That's for the web site. NBC, along with Thomson and Gemstar, formed a joint venture. Can't remember the name off the top of my head but it's in the SEC filings. --Mike Buckley
