You said it Dave... However, if the company grows, the P/E will not stay at 7. The money will come to stocks like this. Or, they will appreciate whether the money comes or not. It would be sort of stupid to sell a stock with this P/E right? So as long as that's the case, and folks think that way, the supply is small and whatever demand there is, will have to pay. Simple as that. I bought a few on fundamentals on Friday. I would be kinda silly to sell it unless it gets ahead of itself. And that would have to be greater than 28%.

If China.com's announcement of a 2 for 1 split on Friday continues the chinese momentum, then CICI just might continue to tag on. It has a joint venture in Nanjing, and relationships with NSM and LINK. Internet signature technology, just approved by Congress. Nice price rise last week, and tremendous last ten trades on Friday. Price, $1.59
