Richard: thanks for the update...i'll have my broker keep his eye out for them... can we trade these shares or are there restrictions...as for the warrants....these enable the holder to purchase shares of windstar at $2.50 (?)up to what period of time...if you know... should we expect windstar to trade down to this 2.50 level or what....will have to do more dd on windstar...don't have a clue what to expect or do with the forth coming shares and warrants. rfb
