"two month's gain of $70K" - aren't you being a bit premature here?

Well, yes and no. I wasn't making some sort of prediction that that was a slam-dunk (I'm actually seeming to myself like a veritable bear compared to the crowd consensus here lately), even though I think it's more likely than not. But for the purposes of that particular discussion of short put margin requirements, I was leaving out the implicit assumption on the part of the put seller that "I'm writing a put at this strike because I strongly believe the stock will be above it by expiration." The lesson was about whether the writer could do it, given available margin, not whether he/she should do it.

It would certainly have been more circumspect to have said, "not bad for a $70K gain in two months time if your pricing assumptions are proved correct".

Thanks for keeping me honest, in any case.
