Would love to trade turkey recipes, etc. I just snagged an 18 pound fresh free-range turkey from Fresh Fields, no antibiotics or growth hormones, etc, but I've popped it into the freezer due to fear that it's simply too long until Thanksgiving. We've been out foraging for Thanksgiving goodies, and also have the roast beast, the pumpkin, and some, but not all, of the veggies. One nice thing for this year is that the new house has two ovens.
