I wonder if that news item will flush the widely expected MSFT rally on Monday. The dopes trading on Instinet on Friday afterhours bought the stock as if a settlement had been announced. Just the same way that dopes rallied Hewlett, just because they had more after-tax earnings, all because of a lower tax bracket benefit. Pre-tax earnings were down.
