It Could , but in reading it I think most people will not be
too impressed. Telcos do face future pressure, but we don't have
anything like over capacity on most major network backbones.

In fact during peak hours with all the graphic garbage and
streaming video most backbones are running at 150% their
rated capacity and we are getting brown outs they don't even
want to talk about.

Most of my Long Distance is now "free" via net phone, so in that respect I can see LD companies facing a problem, as talking
LD via the internet catches on.
And any one with a sound card and a mike can get the programs
free. I use Yahoo messenger it's small and has chat built in
and works a ok.

I show QQQ up 1 15/64 although the NDX is down about 1 1/2%.
