The nature of the business doesn't dictate extraordinarily high P/E's (although I believe something around 18-20 is more common, that would be six bucks), they have a checkered past (in '95-'96 they were a Mark Schultz promoted P&D), they are a BB stock and people are suspicious: all this holds them back. They do have two years plus of profitable operations and increasing revenues and earnings, plus no debt to speak of and about $5,000,000 in cash and securities holdings AND steadily increasing earnings. Terrible IR and PR. I bought thinking they'd be at $2.00 last spring. Still waiting.
