UIS and ANF best BS lawsuit plays. IMRS another BS bad news play. All heavily discounted relative to earnings and peers. But not for long. Easy money IMHO.

I had bought PVSW for a run, but sold when I got concerned after reading a particular point of view. It seems that PVSW was actually turning a profit and had been having very good earnings growth. Then after having made an acquisition that added the product Tango 2000 to their product offerings, things began to slow down because the Tango 2000 product was not as well received as their core product line. Then the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back was the announcement of, I forget how many millions, expanded spending on marketing and product development focused on the Tango 2000 product. This increased spending is thought to become a very large negative for their bottom line - seen well into over a year's worth of negative earnings growth.

Pure internet plays can get away with that, but a company that is primarily a software producer will have a tough time keeping investors happy with this scenario. These are the reasons behind the investor lawsuits.
