Rambi, I am from Harris county, and a graduate of Texas A&M. We lost 3 young lives too. GW has a special feeling for A&M because of his fathers Presidential Library being there.(I'm sure you already knew that.) Even if that were not the case, I believe that he has genuine feelings for the people of Texas, and feels a responsibility to all citizens, regardless of their demographics. The press, for some reason, seems to like to keep less that human people in office. GW is doing so well, they can't stand it. It may be that they think they should be the president makers. TD

Big Hat No Cattle. GW Bush said he would not attend the Arizona debate 2 weeks prior to the accident,he had fund raising commitments. He will be able to debate on December 6 at Gamage in Arizona. And all the attendees that were at last nights debate will be there. GW Bush had no intention of being at the A.Z. Debate last night. With out the tele promter he is as useless as they get.
