FWIW: Spoke to MDMI, last Friday about last week's announcement of the new company, Overland Beverage, that will be involved in beverage distribution and the rights for the Continental USA. Overland management is planning to take the company public,MDMI will retain 1/2 of the stock it receives as an investment, and 1/2 of the stock will be distributed to the MDMI shareholders. Shares will be announced and the distribution will be based on the number of MDMI shares as of a certain record date, the date will be announced with the share distribution structure soon. All this is being worked on, now. MDMI felt it was important to announce the formation of the Company because they have been in talks with a number of vendors, customers, and others. There should be a release further outlining this new entity this coming week and the closing is planned before the end of this year, per the last release. MDMI is going through their audit, as previously announced, and will be submitting it to become Fully-Reporting. This stock seems to have found a floor at the .10 range and has doubled a few times in the last year or so. Been tracking the trading action the last couple of weeks, it seems covering has occurred at the .08 level, since many trades were going off with no drop on the bid. In fact, the ask has risen. Saw this type of action with IBUI in the .02-.03 range weeks ago, before it broke out. FWIW. The float is about 18 mil. with total outstanding 48 mil.
