Tom, CCGI from EGAR review

balance sheet looks good
CCGI grew first 6 month revenues 1000%
from $96,000 in 1998 to $9.6 million in 1999
and in process
accumulated less long term debt than many home mortgages $317,000.
PE of 6 is awesome!!
50 cent share price ???

Buying up companies with stock is a *groovy* business plan for CCGI with a market cap of $10 million,

The price (in stock) that CCGI paid for the health care companies with $9 million in revenues, looked to me like a good deal for CCGI. Some companies sell at a price multiple to revenues. (ie. 1 times revenues.)

With 30 million shares authorized, there is $10 million shares of buying power left for additional company acquisitions by CCGI without accumulating any more long debt.

Maybe the next acquisition will be E-thang.com ,
CCGI generates some revenue from a Texas ISP,

cheers

John
