DAMERT COMPANY PROSPECTUS/PROXY STATEMENT This prospectus/proxy statement, together with the related prospectus/proxy statement supplement for each of the merging companies identified below, constitutes the prospectus of Futech Interactive Products (Delaware) Inc.
