Here is what I take from these announcements.

They now own a firm in a growing industry. We need to find out more about the potential for this water treatment company and its growth opportunities.

They have entered into strategic relationships with two very successful equity fund managers who each have deal pipelines which are full.

Here are a few key lines that stand out for me.

- Argentum has significant deal flow, a strong investment record

- MFPC, is participating in the Fund by contributing a percentage of its original deals

- Argentum has agreed to offer Jordex the opportunity to co-invest with Argentum

- MFPCVI, Inc. has agreed that Jordex will be offered an opportunity to co-invest in the Fund's deals.

So this means that Jordex (that means us folks) has been put on the "A" party list. They are now partners with some of the big boys in this area. What is also very encouraging is that by way of these agreements, they are now already deep into the pipeline for deals that could be coming out shortly. We will have to dig into these companies and check over their S1's, but hitching a ride with friends who have deep pockets, tons of experience and who are already bellied up to the bar sure makes me feel good about what might be coming.
