Chip, have you noticed how on the NASD we have bumped on the upper tine on the daily chart using the 8-10-99 low, the 9-10-99 high and the 10-18-99 low. I notice that we also had a reversal on friday after a 24 mkt day rally which was the number of days of the nasd rallied from the june 14th 1999 low into the nasd top 7-19-99. also did you notice that the vix. closed below 20 on friday, we have had short-term tops when we have hit that level since the July sell off.
