My point with the intraday chart was that it's clearly visible where a sell occurred and where a buy occurred simply by the erratic movements in the graph. No one's whining, it just good to see the difference between markets.

As for the SEC the problem was with the registration statement. Look at today's filings on www.freeedgar.com. Three new filings today.

DEF 14A Definitive Proxy Statement
10-Q Quarterly Report
And the important one-
10-12G/A Amended Registration Statement.

The SEC has accepted the AMENDED form 10-12G. This is the document that is in question and if the amended version satisfies the SEC, then BLLS will be re-listed on the OTC BB.
