Roy,

I think the thread has been so quiet lately because the regulars who have sold are conflicted. We all had a feeling that 60 wouldn't hold. Many here have sold part or all of their position with the hopes that they could buy it back lower. I think that Mr. Market has different plans. I just hope that people who have put so much time and effort here keep enough to make them happy. We are probably only 2 quarters away from the landslide.

The deal is so heavily oversubscribed they may end up increasing the size of the offering. I think the coversion price could be approximately 20% above todays last sale. The deal will be consumated after today's close.

I guess a lot of new investors with deep pockets have been hearing the Checkfree story for the first time.

It's one thing to think a stock is going to the moon. It's another to stay aboard for the ride.
