JCDA..technically it did trigger at 23 17/32 on 10 minute chart when ADX moving above both DX lines and above 20 (above 30 would have been nicer).. just when it was looking hot it pulled back again, so JCDA clearly wants to move up now its had a bullish crossover of 10 period SMA with the 20 period SMA (simple)..

JCDA had a similar crossover on Thursday moving the stock from 22 29/32 to a spike of 25 7/8.
