CLSI has had that same stock structure for as far back as I can remember and verify. 336M and 127M in the float. It has been accumulated and it moves great and doubled last week on 1M shares. I bought more this morning. Also they have just last month started doing EFTs for the city of Orlando I believe. Now this is why I like CBQI so much ,... Next year the EFTs and ACH is going to be the big thing with all these esoultion and business to business portals. Plus CLSI has it own chat room on their site. PLus they have their own SOftware designers and engineers. remmeber CHES at .03 to .18 and it was BS,,, ARET (.005), GAAY (.015), and I can count numerous others and all they had were rumors of profit. Well this one has profit and they are developing software and new products PLUS attending trade shows. Heck go look at the summary I did not it. My site is in my profile and then go to the site map and find CLSI. You will get a real shock just on the cities and their other clients on their customer list. No take the float of 127,000,000 / 250 shareholders = that is 500,000 shares and merely 5K - 7.5K of money. Or increase the share holders to 500 and that is only 250,000 at a cost of 2500 to 3000 dollars. Well I got that already and getting more on every dip. Takes forever to fill too. I know people with Ms of shares that have been steadily accumulating for months. :-) Gary Do your DD you got plenty of time. The K is not due out for a bit longer. It will wake up ... Just a matter of time.
