Very frustrating indeed. Wait a minute I just figured it out. It is Microsoft's fault. I think we need to ask the states to bring a class action suit against Microsoft for keeping Dell's stock price from soaring. Although this may sound a bit frivilous it is not a stupid as the other reasons why Microsoft came under fire in months past and early as today. Frank
